Licensing Board Issues
Representation may be necessary for persons who have been notified by a state administrative licensing board of an investigation or licensees who simply have questions about their ethical obligations in a particular situation. The goal is to prevent an investigation in the first place, or if not, then to work with the boards to protect the client's rights and obtain the best result possible.
Walling, Berg & Debele, P.A. has a strong expertise in representing licensees appearing before the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Psychology. The firm also advises clinics on confidentiality issues and records retention.
Walling Berg & Debele is committed to providing all resources available to our clients. Our High Conflict Resolution Resources Center provides information and resources specific to the needs of families struggling with divorce, custody issues, parenting time and responsibility issues, child development and mental health services.
